Welcome to NEET-JEE Adda. These Terms and Conditions govern your enrollment in our offline coaching programs, foundation batches, test series, and crash courses, as well as your use of our website and digital portals.

By registering at our Nabinagar center, submitting an admission form, paying the enrollment fee, or accessing our website, you (the student and the parent/guardian) acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

1. Admission and Enrollment

Eligibility: Admission to NEET-JEE Adda is subject to the student meeting the eligibility criteria for the respective course (e.g., Foundation, Target, or Dropper batches).

Documentation: Students must provide accurate and complete information during registration, including valid academic records and identification. Any discrepancy or false information may lead to the cancellation of admission without a refund.

Right of Admission: The management reserves the right to deny admission to any student without assigning any reason.

2. Fee Payment and Refund Policy

Fee Structure: All fees must be paid in accordance with the schedule provided at the time of admission.

Non-Refundable Components: The registration fee, admission fee, and cost of study materials are strictly non-refundable under any circumstances.

Refund Requests: If a student wishes to withdraw from a course, a refund of the tuition fee (if applicable) will be processed strictly according to the institute's official refund policy chart available at the administrative office. No refund requests will be entertained after the specified grace period from the date of batch commencement.

Taxes: All fees are subject to prevailing government taxes (e.g., GST), which must be borne by the student/parent.

3. Academic Conduct and Attendance

Mandatory Attendance: Students are expected to maintain a minimum attendance of 85% in all daily lectures, doubt-clearing sessions, and scheduled assessments.

Absenteeism: Unauthorized absence from classes or missing routine board-pattern or competitive test series without prior written permission from parents may result in disciplinary action or suspension from the batch.

Performance: The institute evaluates student progress through regular numerical worksheets, practice quizzes, and mock exams. Students are expected to participate earnestly in all academic assessments.

4. Discipline and Code of Conduct

Campus Behavior: Students must maintain strict discipline on the Nabinagar campus. Any form of physical or verbal abuse, bullying, or misbehavior with faculty, staff, or fellow students will result in immediate expulsion.

Property Damage: Any damage caused to the institute’s property, including furniture, library books, or digital infrastructure, will be penalized, and the cost of repair/replacement will be recovered from the student/parent.

Mobile Phones: The use of mobile phones for non-educational purposes during class hours is strictly prohibited and may result in the confiscation of the device.

5. Study Material and Intellectual Property

Proprietary Content: All curriculum structures, micro-syllabus lesson plans, formula sheets, notes, and question papers provided by NEET-JEE Adda are the exclusive intellectual property of the institute.

Restriction on Distribution: Study materials are provided solely for the personal academic use of the enrolled student. Copying, reproducing, or commercially distributing these materials in physical or digital form is a legal offense and will invite strict legal action.

6. Promotional Usage of Student Data

Result Publication: NEET-JEE Adda reserves the right to use the student’s name, photograph, and examination scores (both internal tests and official board/competitive exams) for promotional purposes.

Marketing Collateral: This includes, but is not limited to, topper lists, social media posters, video advertisements, and printed banners. Parents or students who wish to opt out must submit a formal written request to the management at the time of admission.

7. Digital Platforms and Website Usage

Student Portal Login: Enrolled students may be provided with credentials for online portals. These credentials are non-transferable.

System Integrity: Users must not attempt to hack, disrupt, or bypass the security protocols of the NEET-JEE Adda website or application.

Third-Party Links: Our website may contain links to external sites (e.g., payment gateways). We are not responsible for the content, security, or privacy practices of these third-party websites.

8. Limitation of Liability

Academic Outcome: While NEET-JEE Adda provides expert faculty, comprehensive coaching, and high-quality study materials, the institute does not guarantee the selection or securing of a specific rank in NEET, JEE, or Board examinations. Success depends on the student’s individual effort, aptitude, and performance on the day of the exam.

Operational Changes: The institute reserves the right to alter batch timings, merge batches, or change faculty members at its discretion to ensure the smooth administration of the curriculum.

9. Modification of Terms

NEET-JEE Adda reserves the right to modify, add, or remove any part of these Terms and Conditions at any time. Updates will be posted on our website and notice boards. Continued enrollment or use of our website implies acceptance of any revised terms.

10. Dispute Resolution and Jurisdiction

Any disputes, claims, or grievances arising out of or relating to these Terms and Conditions, fee payments, or disciplinary actions shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Aurangabad, Bihar.
